The data we delete from our database includes: first name, last name, email address, uploaded images, and any provided notification and shipping details such as address and phone number. This data will be deleted within 7 days of receiving the request. Tracker data is not linked directly to your profile and will be deleted 6 months after the date it was generated.

Terms and Conditions for the Antisink Tracking Product Antisink Sporingsproduktet
1. Product Antisink-tracking service includes mobile connectivity to Antisink Tracker, access to Antisink-web platform and smartphone app, email communication, and optional SMS text messages. The service includes customer support and access to software updates.
2. Service availability Mobile coverage is available in Norway and internationally. The customer acknowledges that service availability may be affected by factors beyond Antisink's control, including but not limited to physical obstacles, internet availability, mobile network availability, radio interference, infrastructure maintenance, and potential failures in telecommunications networks and systems.The customer further acknowledges that delivery of the service depends on the proper functioning of the customer’s own equipment, Antisink’s equipment, and telecommunications infrastructure not under Antisink's control
In the event of any negative impact on the quality or availability of Antisink-tracking service, neither Antisink nor any supplier shall be liable to the customer in any way. Regardless of such service interruptions during the contract period, the customer remains responsible for payment of the service fee.
3. Contract period Each service agreement has a defined contract period selected by the customer and begins on the date of the first billing cycle. The customer agrees that during any active subscription period, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Antisink Tracker is powered on and sufficiently charged in order to use the service. Once a subscription period has been initiated, the service cannot be suspended or cancelled by the customer under any circumstances during that period.
4. Service fees The customer will be charged for use of the product for the selected period or for the months during which the product is active. “Active” is defined as the tracker being powered on, transmitting data, and available within the web platform and app. When no active subscription period is in place, the customer will be invoiced at the end of the month for any active Antisink Trackers and any additional services used. The customer is required to pay the service fee immediately for the agreed service period through the app.
The customer will be charged for use of the product for the selected period or for the months during which the product is active. “Active” is defined as the tracker being powered on, transmitting data, and available within the web platform and app. When no active subscription period is in place, the customer will be invoiced at the end of the month for any active Antisink Trackers and any additional services used. The customer is required to pay the service fee immediately for the agreed service period through the app. Service fees are charged automatically to the customer’s credit card. The customer may choose automatic renewal, initiating a new billing cycle upon expiration of the previous subscription period. The customer is responsible for maintaining valid credit card details through the Antisink web platform or app. If the customer fails to pay the service fee when due, Antisink reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the service. Antisink also reserves the right to adjust prices, terms and conditions when required by external factors, at Antisink’s sole discretion. The customer will be given at least one (1) month’s notice before such changes take effect.
It is the end user’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the locations where the product is used, and to confirm that use of the 5. Liability Antisink Tracker is permitted in those locations. Neither Antisink nor any of its partners or suppliers shall be liable for confiscation of equipment, loss of income, fines, penalties, or any other consequences resulting from illegal or unauthorized use of the product.
6. Termination of the service The customer may request permanent termination of the service. Antisink will not provide any refund or compensation for any remaining subscription period or services already consumed. The customer remains responsible for payment of services already used. Upon termination, the Antisink Trackers will be permanently deactivated and will no longer function. If the customer wishes to use Antisink tracking services again, new Antisink Trackers must be purchased, or the deactivated Trackers must be delivered to an authorized service provider for reactivation for the applicable fee.
